As a Chartered Accountant, he has strong expertise in Financial & Strategic Planning and execution, Fund Raising, Legal & Corporate Affairs, Merger & Acquisition, Direct & Indirect Taxes, and various other areas related to finance. Ved Goel is currently working as Group CFO of Dr. Lal PathLabs Ltd. He was instrumental in bringing the IPO of Dr. Lal PathLabs in 2015 and led many small and mid-size M&A including Suburban Diagnostics in Mumbai in 2021. He finished his LLB from ICAI between 1996-2001.
Viral Shah
Viral Shah is the CFO of Adani Capital. Before becoming the CFO of the company, he was the head of finance and accounts for 4 years and 6 months. He was the consultant of ADM Capital for seven months. He was the partner of Kanu Doshi Associates CAs. He also provided tax and audit services to the company for two years. Arpit Chug
Arpit Chug is the current CFO at Razorpay. He is responsible for the Finance, Credit Risk, and Legal function at Razorpay. Previously he led the finance function for all lines of business at American Express in India; Head of Treasury for the Asia Pacific, Japan, and Australia at Amex. He has worked with American Express for seventeen years as the CFO and with CLSA as Associate Investment banking for nearly two years.
Jacob MS
Jacob MS is the current director & CFO at Colgate Palmolive Ltd. He lives in Mumbai, Maharashtra. He finished his Batchelor of Commerce from the University of Mumbai. Deepesh Baxi is a Finance and Strategy leader with two decades of industry and Big 4 experience in the UK and Asia. He has industry and domain knowledge of Oil and Energy, FMCG, Infrastructure, and Biotechnology. He has a track record to operate at the senior management level, providing input, challenges, and recommendations to executive team decision-making processes (including the Board/Audit Committee of the listed entity and in Global Headquarters). He has worked in Operational roles in country/markets, Regional office, Global office of a Business Unit, and Global Headquarters of the Downstream segment. Before joining Castrol, he had worked with BP for eight years. He is an IIM Ahmedabad graduate.
