I am Pargat Singh Sidhu, a charismatic, reliable, and dedicated professional with a proven track record of developing and executing effective communication strategies for corporate and student engagement programs. As a performance marketer, I have a passion for achieving KPIs and expanding customer bases. My expertise lies in quantitative measurement, data visualization, and results tracking. Currently, I am working as Manager – Corporate Engagement & Placement at Indus Business Academy in Bengaluru, India.

In my current role, I am responsible for obtaining employment and experiential opportunities in business, industry, and academia for students in all programs of the college. My job involves counseling, preparing, and enhancing the hiring potential of students and new graduates into the job market. I also assist in the internships and placement of students.

Prior to my current role, I served as Head of Marketing at Shaadi Baraati in Bengaluru, where I was responsible for developing and implementing a marketing strategy, conducting market research, brand management, campaign development, managing the marketing team, budget management, analyzing marketing performance, and collaborating with other teams to ensure that marketing efforts align with overall business objectives.

Before that, I worked as a Senior Associate Manager at Bharat Matrimony in Bengaluru, where I assisted the General Manager in ensuring that the business ran smoothly and efficiently. This included managing and training employees, ensuring that customers were satisfied with their experience, and handling customer complaints or issues that may arise.

With my strong background in Marketing & Management, I possess exceptional leadership and communication skills, as well as a proven ability to manage a team and maintain a high level of customer service. Additionally, I am adept at analyzing sales trends and devising effective strategies to increase revenue and profitability.

I am a dedicated and enthusiastic team player, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, building relationships with customers and employees, and maintaining a positive work environment.
