Myself, Sachin S. Mahajan. I am the Founder of Mpathy Mediclaim Consultancy LLP - which is Exclusive Health Insurance Claim Consultancy.
I worked with Star Health and Allied Insurance Co. Ltd. for more than 13 years and departed them as Joint Executive Director and after Star Health, I worked with Bajaj Allianz GIC Ltd as President and National Head for one year.
During my more than 15 years journey in Health Insurance Sector, I have seen that people struggle a lot at the time of their claims and there seems to be complete void in Claim Consultancy Services, hence I started this venture in March 2023.
I have Team of 5 Doctors and few medico legal experts on our panel.

Embarking on a career in the Health Insurance sector in 2000 as an agent with Oriental Insurance marked the beginning of a journey that spanned over two decades. From there, my path led me to Bajaj Allianz GIC Ltd. in 2002, and in 2007, I assumed the role of Area Manager at Star Health Insurance. It was during this time that I witnessed the untapped potential of Health Insurance, with the sector facing challenges due to low awareness.

The turning point came when I took charge of the Rest of Maharashtra Zone in 2007. The business performance for the previous year was a mere Rs. 11 lakhs. Determined to make a difference, I implemented transformative measures through aggressive recruitment, extensive training, and networking. The result was astounding - a business growth from Rs. 11 lakhs to Rs. 1000 Crs. during my tenure.

Fast forward to 2021, I departed from Star Health as Joint Executive Director, having learned valuable lessons about the challenges in servicing Health Insurance effectively. Joining Bajaj Allianz GIC Ltd. as President and National Head of Health Insurance further enriched my experience. Yet, the idea of founding my own venture in the critical sector of Health Insurance Claim Advisory became an undeniable calling.

The Motivation:

The motivation behind Mpathy Mediclaim Consultancy LLP lies in the struggles individuals face during Health Insurance claims. Despite the numerous agents selling health insurance, policyholders often encounter challenges when claims are rejected or subjected to unreasonable deductions. Recognizing the need for assistance in navigating the complexities of the claims process, we established Mpathy Mediclaim Consultancy LLP.

Our Mission:

Our mission is clear - to provide expert consultation to individuals grappling with insurance claims. Headed by Dr. Sonia Dubey, who brings over 14 years of experience as the Head of Claims Dept. at Star Health, along with a team of seasoned doctors and medico-legal experts, we aim to rectify the current gaps in service.
