Dr Ramesh.S.Ve began his career as an optometrist & clinical researcher in 2001 and has academic, clinical research and entrepreneurial experience in the field of optometry, vision science and health care. He is the CEO and Founder, NeuraSim (P) Ltd and Director- Clinical and Research, ARTELUS- Artificial Learning System India (P) Ltd. He was Former Professor, Department of Optometry, Manipal Academy of Higher Education and Former Clinical Researcher, Sankara Nethralaya, Chennai.
He completed his Doctorate (PhD) in 2014 Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, India. He has received the Indo-US Public Health Research Post-doctoral Research fellowship-2014 at Wilmer Eye Institute, Johns Hopkins University, Baltimore, USA. He has received over INR 5.2 crores ($725,826) research grants from national, international and industry funding agency to support interdisciplinary research. He has 72 research articles in peer reviewed indexed journals with H Index of 23 and has filed 4 patent. He was listed among the top 200 optometry & vision science researchers globally (2021-22) and was one of the two researchers listed from India.
He is a serial techno-entrepreneur and is the founding director of VISINT Healthcare Pvt Ltd, which was recipient of Biotechnology Ignition Grant. Currently his mission towards universal health care is through- NeuraSim & Artelus, developing indigenous innovative technology solution in eye & healthcare.

Harness the Power of Robotics, A.I. and manufacture Digital Imaging Technologies (Low Cost High Performance OCT) for resolving on ground challenges in screening for Retinal abnormalities.
