I am a seasoned business operations leader with over 15+ years experience and an angel investor. I have successfully led and scaled e-commerce and marketplace platforms in Africa and India, such as Omnibiz, Jumia, and ShopClues, by driving growth, efficiency, and customer satisfaction. I have also acquired multiple certifications in supply chain management and six sigma from prestigious institutions, such as IIT Delhi and IIM Kashipur, to enhance my skills and knowledge in the field.
