Shaswata Saha started with a non-conventional career path. He began in esports, spending nearly 8 years in the ecosystem and representing India, building early lessons in discipline and high-performance environments.

While pursuing his bachelor’s and master’s degrees, he explored entrepreneurship through a going-out startup and experiential ventures, which got later incidentally acquired. During COVID, he also built a civic healthcare community, enabling last-mile access to resources and scaling it to 10,000+ households.

He spent 2+ years in impact consulting across multiple thematics, followed by ~1.5–2 years working closely with early-stage founders across a tech startup, a marketing agency, and a climate-focused non-profit, contributing to growth, strategy, and fundraising.

Through these experiences, he identified a critical gap in healthcare access and is now building a women-led quick commerce platform for pharma and health products in India, focused on speed, reliability, and access.
