I am the Founder of Terrashield Properties Pvt Ltd, building BHARAT.SLE (Smart Living Ecosystem), designed to bring trust, legal protection, and financial security to India’s fragmented rental and leasing market. Through its core platform, RentShield, the ecosystem enables verified property discovery, Smart Lease and Smart Rent services, digital legal agreements, tenant and landlord trust certification (BATZ), and insurance-backed rental protection (CRPP).

I have led the end-to-end product architecture, operational design, and ecosystem framework, focusing on eliminating fraud, deposit disputes, and inefficiencies in renting and leasing. My work includes developing scalable workflows, financial protection models, compliance systems, and integrated service infrastructure to support a seamless move-in to move-out experience.

My vision is to establish BHARAT.SLE as India’s trusted digital infrastructure for rental, leasing, and smart living, creating a secure and transparent ecosystem for millions of users while building a globally scalable platform.
