K V Subbarao, aged 63 years, is a science graduate and have done executive MBA from
Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, in Marketing & Sales. He has founded GH2
TECHNIQUES LLP, who are system integrators and suppliers of green hydrogen products ,
Alkaline, PEM Fuel Cells, Hydrogen compressors, hydrogen storage systems and Hydrogen
refilling stations for & trucks.
I have 35 years experience in marketing various industrial automation products and
machineries. I have evolved in the last 4 years as Green Hydrogen expert. I have designed a
system which can inject Green hydrogen into DRI & cement Kilns safely to achieve
reduction in coal consumption and the resultant carbon dioxide reduction. This helps the
industry to achieve Netzero.
I have visited Steel plants in Karnataka, 1) MINERA STEEL & POWER PVT LTD, 2) SLR
METALLICKS LTD , based on their Rotary Kiln & Blast Furnace data, prepared CFD
simulations and presented a viable Green hydrogen injection project for their approval. We
have shown a 10-13% saving on the fossil fuel consumption and 15% saving on co2
emissions.
