Sameer Seth is the Founder & Principal Consultant of MyHR Pilot, a people and change management consulting firm focused on building future-ready organisations and leaders. He serves as Vice Chairman of the QCFI Gwalior Chapter, Vice President of the Gwalior Management Association (AIMA local chapter), and a nominated mentor to ABV-IIITM, Gwalior under the Ministry of Education’s CBDE programme. He is also a member of the Council for Academic and Research (CAR), DoMS, ABV-IIITM, and a visiting faculty at leading management institutions in Gwalior.
With 28+ years of leadership experience across organisations such as Mondelez, ITC, and Mawana, Sameer has led impactful initiatives in people development, organisational effectiveness, and change leadership. A thought leader in human capital and organisational change, he actively engages with industry and academic platforms, sharing practical insights on future skills, leadership effectiveness, and workplace culture, and remains committed to developing talent and inspiring excellence with purpose and confidence.
