I lead the advisory, compliance, and litigation practice at Solique Advisors, with a deep focus on tax and regulatory matters. As a Chartered Accountant and an alumnus of the Indian School of Business, I bring over 15 years of experience working with global corporations, private equity funds, and ultra‑high‑net‑worth family offices. I also serve on the boards of several Indian companies backed by global private equity firms, as well as Indian offshore entities of Nasdaq‑listed organisations.

In 2022, I was honoured to be recognised as the Transaction Advisory Expert of the Year in India by the Leaders in Law Awards. My outlook has always been future‑focused, and I strongly believe that technology especially AI is reshaping how professional services will evolve.

With this conviction, I built Ask Solique, an AI‑powered platform designed to deliver instant, accurate responses to complex tax and regulatory queries. The tool combines advanced AI with my regulatory expertise to simplify compliance and make high‑quality guidance accessible to corporates, advisors, and stakeholders at scale.
