My work is currently in the space of leadership training. I started WarriorX academy because as a leader in my previous role, I realised that leading isn't always about managing teams and finding ways to getting the job done. It's more than that. Leadership is command, clarity and influence. Hence, The Leadership Command Experience is not motivation and skill based. It is a two day immersive, on-site program on Leadership Embodiment and is only for Senior Management and above levels. Here, leaders are walked through a high-intensity leadership immersion designed to re-code decision-making, presence and authority through controlled pressure, psychological anchoring and warrior rituals. WarriorX trains how the body, mind and authority respond under pressure.
