I’m Nilay Dabhade — a user experience designer who wandered into entrepreneurship after being a freelancer myself and working and collaborating with multiple brands and startups. We noticed how much talent goes underutilized and how many startups struggle to find and build teams to execute. I’m building HYVE, an India-first team collaborative gig marketplace connecting early-stage startups and companies with curated flexible freelance teams, where trust, reliability, and real delivery matter more than vanity metrics. Where it doesn't pinch your pockets to pay and rely on costly agencies to deliver your work, and there's no need to hire and build a full-time team either. HYVE got you all sorted!

My work sits at the intersection of design, systems thinking, and business strategy — translating messy real-world problems into structured, scalable solutions. I’m particularly drawn to marketplaces, human behavior, and the subtle mechanics of how people decide to trust, collaborate, and pay.
