Nostavia Health is a subscription-based preventive health intelligence system designed to help Indians understand where their biology is heading before disease appears. It begins with 100+ lab tests and uses advanced AI to functionally grade 10 key health domains—like heart, liver, and kidney—analyzing patterns across biomarkers rather than isolated numbers. This data is then interpreted by experienced doctors who apply deep clinical intuition to uncover risks, trajectories, and root causes. Members receive a structured two-phase, 3-month health journey with personalized protocols across lifestyle, diet, fitness, and supplements, along with continuous re-testing and iteration. The goal is not just to treat illness, but to systematically reduce long-term biological risk and extend healthy lifespan.
