I’m Sai Nazare, a Chemical Engineer by training and an MBA candidate at IIT Delhi, driven by curiosity and a deep interest in how technology, business, and sustainability can come together to solve real problems. Over the years, I’ve had the opportunity to work across multinational corporations as well as fast-moving startups, gaining hands-on experience in project management, engineering design, commissioning, procurement, product development, and operations.

My roles have taught me the value of ownership, data-driven decision making, and collaboration across diverse teams. I’ve worked on improving process efficiency, reducing development lead times, supporting pilot plant commissioning, and contributing to cost-optimization initiatives while staying grounded in safety, quality, and long-term impact. These experiences shaped my interest in sustainable materials, manufacturing transformation, and supply chain strategy. I see myself growing into a career where I can combine analytical thinking with empathy and leadership, contributing to businesses that are efficient, responsible, and future-ready.
