I am an MBA (Finance) candidate with hands-on experience in Transaction Advisory, Equity Research, Financial Modeling, and Valuation, gained through internships and live, deal-oriented projects. My work bridges financial theory with real-world application, enabling me to analyze businesses, assess value, and support informed investment and advisory decisions.
I have worked extensively on DCF valuations, comparable company analysis, and startup benchmarking, covering both startups and SMEs across multiple sectors. My experience includes evaluating revenue models, cost structures, unit economics, growth drivers, and scalability assumptions to build defensible valuation outcomes. I have also conducted limited due diligence using Draft Red Herring Prospectuses (DRHPs), where I analyzed financial statements, capital structures, risk factors, and business disclosures to understand how companies position themselves for investors and capital markets.
In addition to traditional valuation work, I have been involved in startup evaluation and investment analysis, incorporating non-financial metrics such as market opportunity, product-market fit, competitive positioning, and founder capability.
