I started my Retail L&D career in 2005 when I started a programme named "Retail In Detail" in Mumbai along with Davar's Educational Foundation. From thereon 4.5 years of freelance career and 6 years of Future group stint as a National Manager for capability building built my real foundation in Retail L&D. After that I led L&D departments in Reliance Retail, Wellness Forever Medicare Brand and EQL Fintech successfully. Some of my strengths are the ability solve problems, design thinking and stakeholder management. Now I look forward to finding the a very exciting and challenging L&D role in any promising startup in India or/and abroad. I have been a delegate in UKIERI project to the UK twice in the past and have received awards in the L&D space in India. | |
