I have over eight years of operation management experience in hospitality, which makes me a good communicator with the team as well as with prospective candidates and other stakeholders. Employee Onboarding & Offboarding:- I successfully streamlined the onboarding process, reducing time-to-productivity for new hires. Additionally, I developed efficient offboarding procedures that ensured compliance and a smooth transition for departing employees. HRIS Management:- I maintained and updated the HR Information System, ensuring data accuracy and integrity. This allowed for efficient reporting and decision-making within the HR department.
