Holding the prestigious qualification of a Chartered Accountant, Mr. Saxena’s illustrious career showcases a wealth of experience in both the manufacturing and service sectors, both in India and abroad.
His impressive academic and professional journey includes attendance at various leadership and focused training programs, encompassing areas such as Risk Management, Coaching, Analytical Skills, Train the Trainer on ISO 9000 Certification, and Economic Value Add. In recognition of his outstanding contributions to the field, Business World and YES Bank honored him with the “Most Promising CFO” award in 2016.
Mr. Saxena has demonstrated his financial prowess in significant roles with renowned companies, including ICI India Limited, Bharti Airtel, Ballarpur Industries Limited, and Reliance Communications. His thirteen-year stint in the Telecom Industry, where he held positions such as Finance Controller with Aircel, underscores his expertise in navigating the complexities of the sector.
Throughout his career, Mr. Saxena has actively contributed to business turnarounds and raised long-term debts amounting to a cumulative total of Four Billion USD. His deep understanding of business dynamics has led to improvements in credit ratings across various organizations. With a strong commitment to talent development, he holds board positions across multiple companies within the Adani Group.
Known for his process orientation and business-friendly perspective, Mr. Saxena possesses expert knowledge in reporting compliance for MIS or Statutory and Shareholders. His proficiency extends to understanding IFRS and IGAAP on various complex issues, expert knowledge in Direct and Indirect Taxation, and a comprehensive grasp of the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code (IBC).
