Noodle Cat Games, a Salt Lake City, Utah-based independent game development studio, closed its Series A funding round of $12m.
The round was led by Hiro Capital, with participation from Makers Fund, KRAFTON, and Sony Innovation Fund.
The company intends to use the funds to accelerate development and scale up the team.
Led by David Hunt, CEO, Noodle Cat Games is focused on building an iteration-based games studio whose team is dedicated to learning, collaborating and pushing boundaries in a flexible working environment. Its first original IP title, an innovative [multiplayer Action RPG], will be revealed in 2024.
